U.S. Women’s National Team Roster Announced for November Rivalry Series

USA Hockey released the roster who will face Canada in the opening two games of the 2023-24 Rivalry Series in November. 22 of the 26 players are from the gold medal-winning 2023 world championship team. Across the roster there are 14 players who were drafted or signed by PWHL teams, 11 players who are playing in the NCAA, and one player who’s a free agent camp invitee in the PWHL in Becca Gilmore. 

Wisconsin’s Laila Edwards out of Cleveland, Ohio will make her U.S. Women’s National Team debut when the Rivalry Series begins. She will become the first Black woman to represent USA's national women's hockey team.
