WATCH: Amy Potomak’s between-the-legs shootout goal
OMG
Sunday afternoon’s second Border Battle game between the Minnesota Gophers and the Wisconsin Badgers came down to a shootout. After the first attempts by each team, redshirt sophomore Amy Potomak stepped up and did ... well just watch what she did ...

The ensuing Wisconsin attempt was saved, making Potomak’s insane goal the game-winning goal.
Minnesota struck first in the game, with Taylor Heise scoring in the first period. Wisconsin’s Britta Curl answered early in the third to tie the game, but two minutes later, Sarah Potomak got it right back. Wisconsin wasted no time in tying the game up, as Dara Greig scored 90 seconds later. The game remained tied through the first 5-on-5 five-minute overtime and the second 3-on-3 five-minute overtime before heading to the shootout.
Minnesota took five of the six points in the WCHA battle between to the top teams in the nation, a huge get. They lead the WCHA with 20 points while Ohio State trails them with 17 and Wisconsin has 13.
Potomak’s shootout goal was the number 1 play on SportCenter’s Top 10.
