Vote in the 2019 Top 25 Under 25 in women’s hockey!

It’s your turn for the hardest vote in women’s hockey!

For the last two years, The Ice Garden has done a Top 25 Under 25 list, voted on by TIG staff and a select few other media members.

Voting is excruciating as we consider any player under 25 in the world. So this year, we decided to let you all in on the fun (or pain depending on who you ask)!

But rather than leave it open ended, I — aka site manager Michelle — decided the public voting list will be only the players who received three or more votes in our internal voting. This comes out to 37 players. Trust me when I say that 37 is much better than the over 150 we had on our suggested list of eligible players.

You can vote here by dragging and dropping players from the left column into the right column. Update: Voting has closed.

Don’t forget to make sure they are in order, with the best player under 25 at the top of the list, second best, etc!

Voting will close on Tuesday, July 30. Once it has closed, the votes will be tallied to create the “community ballot” which was be added into our internal votes.

Please only vote once so as not to ruin the integrity of the community vote.

You can find last year’s list here, though keep in mind 10 of them aged out of the list.

If you have any questions, comment and I’ll be sure to check in.

Have fun!
