The Professional Women's Hockey League announced Monday that it would be holding a preseason evaluation camp at the start of December in Utica, NY to prepare for final roster selections ahead of its inaugural season.

All six teams will be in attendance at the Utica University Nexus Center for training, practices, and a total of nine scrimmages against each other from Dec. 3-7. The Nexus Center is also, notably, the site of next year's IIHF Women's Worlds, which many of the PWHL's signees will no doubt participate in as well.

Dec. 5 is the date for fans to hone in on, as it features a Fan Fest for them to meet and greet players and partake in PWHL giveaways, as well as watch two of the teams (New York and Ottawa) in action for a full scrimmage. This game will be the only one made open to the public. There is no information yet on whether the other scrimmages will be streamed or live tweeted.

The full press release and scrimmage/practice schedule has been made available via the PWHL's website.
