In less than 24 hours, the six PWHL GMs will have mostly filled out the first-ever PWHL rosters. There's been a lot of discussion in online, and I'm sure offline, spaces regarding who should be drafted when, what league has stronger players, etc. As someone who's been researching for five-plus years in this space, I've spent a lot of time examining women's hockey data across many of the existing and previous leagues. Using that experience to inform my opinion, I've come up with my take on who will end up on what team.
