How to watch the 2020-21 college hockey season

All the stream links you’ll need!

College hockey is back and here’s how you can watch.

Hockey East

Finding Hockey East games is both easy and hard. All of the games will be streamed online for free through College Sports Live (a CBS Sports Digital platform). That’s the easy part.

The harder part is know where to find them exactly on College Sports Live.

If the game is being broadcast on NESN, under partners scroll to Hockey East on NESN. Only six games in 2020 will be under this tab as NESN is only broadcasting six women’s college hockey games in the first month of the season. The caveat to this is that if you live in the NESN broadcast area, these games will be blacked out to you.

If the game is not on NESN, the games will be under the Hockey East tab.

WCHA

The WCHA has two streaming sites, both of which require subscriptions. Where the game is being streamed at will depend on who the home team is.

FloHockey will host the home games of Bemidji State, Minnesota Duluth, Minnesota State and St. Cloud State. Subscriptions start at $12.50/month.

Big Ten Network’s digital site, BTN+, will host the home games of Minnesota, Ohio State, and Wisconsin. BTN+ has a SportsPass which is $54.99 for both men’s and women’s hockey for one year. They also have a $9.99/month plan for only one school or a $14.95/month plan for the whole conference.

ECAC

Thus far the ECAC has only announced eight non-conference games and no concrete streaming information for them.

The only information is for Colgate two games against CHA’s Syracuse on Nov. 20 and 21. Friday’s game can be streamed at Cuse.com while Saturday’s game will be on ESPN+.
