According to the press release, Coad submitted her resignation last week following a season where the Beauts went 5-16-3 and remained in the PHF cellar for much of the year.
Coad initially joined the Beauts as an assistant coach in 2019-20 under Pete Perram. She was then appointed associate head coach during the "bubble" year in 2021, finally taking over as head coach in 2021-22 when Perram left the organization. Over her two seasons leading the bench, she amassed an overall 11-30-3 record. The Beauts did not go past the first round of playoffs during her tenure.
