This week on ATR, Allie Morse and Dan Rice were joined by former Buffalo Beauts forward Amy Budde, who had signed to play the upcoming season in Austria prior to the end of the PHF. Budde told us how she decided to head back overseas and told us about her previous stint playing in Sweden after finishing her career at Lake Forest College.

Budde also explained what winning the Debra A. Cresanti Award meant to her, revealed some underrated and underappreciated teammates while she was with the Beauts, said which movies she’s checking out this summer, and answered a bunch of questions from fans and listeners. Also, Dan went on a bit of a profanity-laced tirade about the constant disrespect that Jonna Albers continues to receive from Team USA Hockey.

Around the Rink in the PHF is a weekly show from The Ice Garden Podcast Network, hosted by Dan Rice (@DRiceHockey) and former Minnesota Whitecaps goaltender Allie Morse (@AllieMorse), recorded live on Twitter and available on your preferred podcast platforms the next day.
