2025-26 PWHL Signing Tracker

It's officially PWHL signing season which means it's the return of our signing tracker so you can keep track of how all eight (!) PWHL teams rosters are stacking up.

An offseason recap, since its been a bit of a wild one. Two expansion teams are joining the league - Vancouver and Seattle. To start building their rosters, the league announced an expansion draft process. A simple version of it, each of the inaugural six teams were able to protect three players initially. Then, from June 4 through June 8, Vancouver and Seattle will have an exclusive signing period to sign up to five unprotected players. The expansion draft is on June 9 where the two teams will draft until they each have 12 players. The inaugural six teams will be able to protect a fourth player after two have been taken.

Then there's the regular entry Draft on June 24, where all eight teams will draft from a pool of 199 players who declared for the draft. From there, the off season signing looks much more normal as teams negotiate and build their rosters heading into the league's third season.
