NHL Network to replay select USA 2019 Worlds, Rivalry Series games Tuesday

This would have been the first day of 2020 Worlds tournament.

Tuesday will be (almost) all women’s hockey all day on NHL Network.

Starting at 8 a.m. eastern, the network will replay five Team USA games from the 2019 World Championships and three games from the 2019-2020 Rivalry Series:

  • 8 a.m. - USA vs Finland (4/4/19)
  • 10 a.m. - Canada vs USA (4/6/19)
  • noon - USA’s quarterfinal against Japan (4/11/19)
  • 2 p.m. - USA’s semifinal against Russia (4/13/19)
  • 4 p.m. - Gold Medal Game between Finland and USA (4/14/19)
  • 7 p.m. - Rivalry Series between Canada and US (2/5/20)
  • 9 p.m. - Rivalry Series between Canada and US (2/8/20)
  • 11 p.m. - Gold Medal Game between Finland and USA (4/14/19)
  • 1 a.m. - Rivalry Series between Canada and US (12/17/19)
  • 3 a.m. - Rivalry Series between Canada and US (12/17/19)/

It seems like the games will be in two hour time blocks, so some portions will be cut, similarly to how the 2018 Olympic gold medal game was shown on Sunday on NBC.

Tuesday would have been the first day of play in the 2020 World Championships in Canada. The tournament was canceled in early March due to COVID-19.
