This week on your favorite NWHL-centric podcast Erica and Mike catch you up on a ton of signings, including the return of founding members of the NWHL Madison Packer and Gigi Marvin! Since our last show the Minnesota Whitecaps have made six signings, the Connecticut Whale have made three signings, and the Boston Pride have made three signings. And we talked about each and every one of ‘em!

On top of all those signings, we also covered several pieces of news this week. Tatiana Rafter is bound for Russia, Anya Battaglino has hung up her skates, and we have two new assistant coaches in the league — one of whom is the NWHL’s first full-time player-coach! Oh, and the Champions Cup will now be a one-and-done game in the U.S. Great news for Riveters fans.

As always, our loyal listeners filled up the mailbag with some great questions for us this week. You’ll have to listen to Episode 36 to hear what we had in the mailbag for our last episode of August. Seriously, where the heck did this summer go?
