The SDHL’s top scorer from Sweden is 27 year old, Luleå HF forward, Emma Nordin. She is one of the few in the top 25 on Total Points who has never played in the NCAA. She did however score the emptynetter in her club’s 4-2 in the Champions Cup against NWHL’s Metropolitan Riveters. For the second week in a row a Luleå player scored the infamous Gordie Howe hattrick, this time Nordin sat out for 2+2 for Fighting with Brynäs IF, defender, Wilma Carlsson. Both Nordin and Carlsson would score a goal after serving their penalties.

Only four games after coming back from concussion, Luleå and Sweden defender, Johanna Fällman completed the rare feat of a Gordie Howe hattrick in a 14-0 win over bottom placed, Gothenburg. In the yellow of Luleå with #5 on her back, former North Dakota graduate Fällman faced Gothenburg captain, #20, Anna Borgfeldt.
